Avenue of the Saints Animal Hospital opened it's doors in March of 2010. Formally known as Cedar River Animal Hospital, Dr. Frost bought the practice from Deborah and Bruce Dietrich. Dr. Frost and staff are excited to offer state-of-the-art veterinary medical care in the Charles City area.
